We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.

When you subscribe to our website your email address shall be used to update you on new courses at the studios, new classes, workshops and events in the form of emailed newsletters and you may also be individually emailed about courses or events of interest.

When booking classes our website transfers you to our booking system,

This booking system stores any information you enter into it. Email addresses are used for personal login accounts as well as send email reminders of classes, courses and events you have booked on with through your account. We may also use these details to directly contact you over upcoming courses or classes as a means of contact. We may also use these in circumstances where litigation and lawful scenarios may take place.This may include but not restricted to;slanderous or harassing behavior from clients to the owner or Business,refusal of payment for services given that comply with our cancellation policy or if someone is legitimately endangering others or themselves.

Payment information is not collected through the booking system. Our payment gateway is PayPal. PayPal is GDPR compliant. Please see PayPal separate updated privacy policy on their website.

When attending lessons a medical screening form is filled in on site.

This is to make sure you are healthy enough to participate in the class you are attending.

As well as inform the instructor who is teaching or overseeing the lessons  of any illnesses, injuries, medication or allergies you may have which may affect you participating in the lesson. This also includes emergency contact details.Which we shall use to contact your emergency contact if you were to sustain a serious accident or injury that needed medical assistance when at the premises/studio.

These forms are kept on site at the studio in a safe and secure cabinet which is locked at all times.

The forms are kept on site due to needing relevant medical and emergency contact information on hand in the case of an emergency or medical situation.

The medical form information is updated as when the individual notifies the studio of any changes in regards to their details.

The forms are kept for as long as the individual attends the studios and 6 months after they officially leave the studio for which they will notify the studio of their permanent leave. The forms are then destroyed/shredded.

Any photos or videos used for marketing purposes on social media, websites and journalism as of the 25th may will have written or verbal permission from the individuals involved in the photos or videos.

If at any point you, as an individual would like your data removed from Mizz Twisted Cherry Studios i.e. your email address removed from our newsletter, your image you have permitted to be used for marketing you wish to have removed or your medical form destroyed before our 6 month grace period, please contact Mizz Twisted Cherry.



Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and Refund policy:

Classes and courses.

Once classes and course our booked there are NO cancellations, transfers or refunds.

121’s,122's and Group bookings.

Payment is on Booking. No Transfers, Cancellations or Refunds.

Parties and Hen do’s

A deposit is required immediately on booking your date and time. The deposit varies on which party package you choose. This deposit is not refundable. Parties can be cancelled up to One week before the party, however deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of the payment for the party is due one week before the event. This payment once made is non-refundable.


Regardless of illness, emergency or any other reason, you may need to cancel, these policy’s still apply.It is a necessity to maintain this policy for each case due to past experiences taking advantage of the good nature of our instructors which in turn is detrimental to the business.
